રાયતામાં સંચળ, શેકેલો જીરા પાઉડર, લાલ મરચું અને ચાટ મસાલોનો ઉપયોગ કરીએ તો વધારે સારું બને.

🥕 Ingredients

બાફેલાં મિક્સ શાક – 250 ગ્રામ (બટેટાં, ગાજર, કોળું, દૂધી, કેપ્સીકમ, કાકડી વગેરે)
મોળું દહીં – 250 ગ્રામ
ખાંડ – 2 ચમચી
આદું-મરચાંની પેસ્ટ – 1/2 ચમચી
ઝીણી સમારેલી કોથમીર – 2 ચમચી
ક્રીમ – 1 ½ ચમચી
મીઠું – સ્વાદાનુસાર

🍕 Recipe

સૌ પ્રથમ બાફેલાં શાકને છીણી લેવાં.
ત્યારબાદ દહીં અને ક્રીમ એક વાસણમાં લઈ બરાબર મિક્સ કરો.
ત્યારબાદ તેમાં બાફેલાં શાક મિક્સ કરવા.
પછી તેમાં સ્વાદાનુસાર મીઠું, ખાંડ, આદું-મરચાં અને કોથમીર નાંખી બરાબર હલાવવું.
પછી તેને થોડી વાર ફ્રીજમાં ઠંડું કરવા મૂકવું.
અને પછી તેને સર્વ કરવું.
