🥕 Ingredients

માવો - 250 ગ્રામ
પનીર - 250 ગ્રામ
ગુલાબની પાંખડી - 50 ગ્રામ
ખાંડ - 1 કપ

🍕 Recipe

ગેસ પર એક વાસણમાં 2 મિનિટ માટે માવો શેકવો પછી તેમાં પનીર ઉમેરી દેવું.
બંને બરાબર મિશ્ર થાય ત્યાં સુધી હલાવવું.
પછી તેમાં ગુલાબની પાંખડી નાંખી મિશ્ર કરી દેવી.
થોડીવાર પછી 1/2 કપ ખાંડ ઉમેરી સતત હલાવવું અને ઘટ્ટ થવા દેવું.
પછી એક ટ્રેમાં ઘી લગાવી ગુલાબપાક પાથરવો.
ઠંડું થયા પછી ચોસલાંં પાડવાં.
