🥕 Ingredients

મીઠી ચટણી – 2 ચમચી
તીખી ચટણી – 2 ચટણી
દાડમના દાણા – 2 ચમચી
ટમેટાંના ઝીણા ટુકડા – 2 ચમચી
બટેટાં – 2 નંગ
ફરસીપૂરીનો ભૂકો – 2 ચમચી
નાયલોન ઝીણી સેવ – 2 ચમચી
દહીં – 4 ચમચી
તેલ – તળવા માટે
ચાટ મસાલો – 1 /2 ચમચી

🍕 Recipe

બટેટાંની ઝીણી કટકી કરી તેલમાં તળીને એક ડીશમાં લઈ લેવી.
પછી બટેટાંની કટકી એક બાઉલમાં લો.
તેમાં ફરસી પૂરીનો ભૂકો, ટમેટાની કટકી, તીખી ચટણી, મીઠી ચટણી નાખવી.
પછી તેની ઉપર દહીં નાખવું.
ત્યારબાદ સેવ અને દાડમના દાણા નાંખી ઉપર ચાટ મસાલો ભભરાવવો.
તૈયાર છે દિલ્લી ચાટ.
