માવો નાખવો હોયતો ખાંડનું પાણી બળી જાય એટલે માવો શેકી નાખવો. માવો નાંખીએ તો દૂધની જરૂર પડશે નહીં.

🥕 Ingredients

બીટ – 1 કિલો
દૂધ – 1 ½ થી 2 લિટર
ઘી – 2 ટેબલસ્પૂન
ખાંડ – 300 ગ્રામ
એલચી પાઉડર

🍕 Recipe

સૌ પ્રથમ બીટને છાલ કાઢીને અધકચરા બાફી લેવા બફાયેલા બીટને છીણી લેવાં.
એક કઢાઈમાં ઘી લઈ તેમાં છીણ નાંખી બે થી ત્રણ મિનિટ સુધી હલાવતા રહેવું
ત્યારબાદ તેમાં દૂધ ઉમેરી હલાવતા રહેવું.
દૂધ બળી જાય ત્યારે ખાંડ ઉમેરી હલાવતા રહેવું.
ખાંડનું પાણી બળી જાય ત્યારબાદ માવો શેકીને ઉમેરી બધું મિશ્રણ હલાવતા રહેવું.
બધું ઘટ્ટ થાય ત્યારે ગેસ પરથી નીચે ઉતારી ઠંડું થવા દેવું.
ઠંડા થયેલા મિશ્રણમાં ઉપરથી એલચી પાઉડર નાંખી સર્વ કરો.
