🥕 Ingredients

આદું – 250 ગ્રામ
સંચળ પાઉડર – 4 ચમચી
લીંબુનો રસ – 2 નંગ
અજમાનો પાઉડર - 1 ચમચી

🍕 Recipe

રેસા વગરનું આદું લઈ તેને છોલી પાતળી અને લાંબી ચીરીઓ કરી લેવી.
ત્યારબાદ તેમાં સંચળ પાઉડર, લીંબુનો રસ અને અજમાનો પાઉડર નાંખી બરાબર હલાવી મિક્સ કરી લેવું.
ત્યારબાદ ચીરીઓને પ્લેટમાં છુટી – છુટી પાથરી 3 દિવસ સુધી તડકામાં સૂકવી સુકવણી કરી લેવી.
સુકાઈ ગયા બાદ બોટલમાં ભરી લેવી.
